When a payment is sent from an exchange, we receive it, but because we do not support it, the system automatically returns the funds to the address it came from.
The way the exchange is built means it would be sent into the internal exchange wallets.
We support the majority of wallets on Cardano, but if there is a wallet we don't support, please submit a ticket and we will endeavour to look into it for you!
Notice: We will return minted NFTs to the main exchange wallet. You will need to speak with the exchange for access to these NFTs.
